What is the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped you will receive another email to confirm the expected delivery date with the link to track your order (as available with the delivery method).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on site.

 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Once your order is under the status of "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then any changes to your order cannot be accepted.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will begin shipping on December 1, 2020 or sooner.  Thereafter, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time is estimated to be between 7-10 business days.  Expedited shipping options are available at an extra cost.

 

What is the return and refund policy?

All sales are final.
